If you are unable to attend the conference for unforeseen reasons after submitting your abstract and/or registration, please send your cancellation to the conference organisers below:

• For cancellation of your talk or poster please fill out the form at the Notice Board.
• For cancellation of conference participation  please inform Mrs. Beatrice Hensel ().

If you have already paid the registration fee at the time of the cancellation we will contact you by e-mail regarding the reimbursement of the fee.

In case of cancellation of the conference participation after 17 February 2022 a cancellation fee of 20.00 € will be deducted in reimbursement.

For cancellations after 25 March 2022 no refund is possible.

Please note that the refund will be granted after the DPG Spring Meetings earliest at the end of April 2022.
